At AI Room (a product of Business Compass Management Consulting — BCMC / بزنس كومباس مانجمنت كونسلتنج), we believe business software must handle corporate information with uncompromising honesty, strict containment, and minimal exposure.

1. The Foundation: Bounded Containment

AI Room is designed so that you, your team, and your private AIs work in isolated workspaces. We do not inspect your business conversations or sell your activity data.

2. Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) & Credentials

When you configure native AI assistants or connectors, your third-party provider API keys are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your keys are used exclusively to execute requests you or your authorized team members trigger.

3. Room Transcripts & Attachments

• Transcripts and uploaded files are accessible solely to participants explicitly admitted to that specific room.
• Unadmitted or parked AIs cannot access or index room conversations.
• Every tool call, read operation, or write mutation generates an auditable record in the room's persistent ledger.

4. No Third-Party Analytics Trackers

The public site at ai-room.app does not employ invasive third-party behavioral advertising or tracking pixels.
