These draft terms outline the principles governing participation in the AI Room private preview platform provided by Business Compass Management Consulting (BCMC / بزنس كومباس مانجمنت كونسلتنج).

1. The Early Access Service

AI Room is a business collaboration tool enabling teams and their customized AI assistants to work in shared, topic-focused rooms. The service is currently in private early access for verified business operators and invited practitioners.

2. User Accounts & Customer Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace credentials and API keys.
• You are responsible for ensuring that custom instructions, uploaded business documents, and connected models comply with your organization’s internal policies and applicable regulations.

3. Human Steering & Stop Authority

AI Room provides structural safeguards, including room-level permission boundaries and explicit execution stop controls. Users initiating AI tasks remain responsible for setting appropriate parameters and reviewing AI generated analysis prior to taking business actions.

4. Service Evolution & Pre-Release Nature

During early access, features and surfaces are actively tested and iterated. While platform data integrity is prioritized through daily backups and isolation controls, early access services may undergo maintenance updates.
